b.o.r.e.d. & ritzcrackers

well, i'm quite bored these days. i need to take up a hobby. i've watched a lot of vampire diaries but i can't wait it at night because it get scared. its a scary show. but good. well, i guess the perk is that i can blog everyday!

Savage Lagoon Day

This year we were able to go with Savage to the annual Savage Lagoon Day! It was fun even though we had a baby the whole time so couldn't ride any rides. We still had fun. We found a new part of Lagoon that we had never seen before. There were a lot of old buildings so we walked around a lot. We enjoyed an all you can eat buffet dinner but mostly we loved hanging out with our Savage friends. They even watched Owen for a while so we could go on a ride and then we went on a ride with their adorable two little girls! But most of all, we LOVED our Savage shirts! See?

Owen could go on two rides. We went on the merry-go-round and the train. twice. good times were had by all

"Newps"

Our yearly tradition with my family to Newport was a success - until the last half of the week at least. It was so fun to be all together.

Day 1- We drove to Vegas Friday night after work. We drove with Kassie and Derek and didn't get to Vegas until about 2am Vegas time.

Day 2- We drove to Cali. We stopped on the way to see my great Aunt Ellie. She is a doll and we love her so much! It was so great to see her! We went to a restaurant that night and it was a blast.

Day 3- We went to church. It was packed like a stake conference - full of visitors. They invited us to NOT go to classes but to go to the temple across the street so we did and we took pictures.

Day 4 - Beach. Eric had too much fun and ended up getting way sunburned. But at least he had fun doing it!

We went to the Angels game that night. Eric said he couldn't smile because "it hurt too bad". Pobrecito and his sunburn.

We bought Owen his first Angels hat.

We love baseball.

Day 5: The beach again. Eric was a sunburned pooper and wouldn't ever swim because of his sunburn. But Owen and I had fun!

Day 6: more beach. Eric was back in the water. Mostly with my mom boogie boarding and body surfing but he spent some time with Isaac too. He's such a good uncle.
Day 7: Eric went home and Cha got sick so I had Kylie. We loved it! Owen had so much fun playing with his cousin.

That night we went to Balboa Island and got ice cream and candy and walked around. it was really fun! We loved it!

That night I got what Cha had and got really sick and so did my dad. Really sick. It was gross. My sisters and my mom left for home before they got it and were so nice to take Owen with them home to Eric. The next day my dad and I drove home together. It was blast but didn't end on a great note! Can't wait for next year!
