Norrbotten Museum

Well the snow has officially fallen and unlike in Utah when it melts quick, its here to stay until about May. The sun hardly comes out so it doesn't melt, not even off the trees.  Its absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful but it is COLD. Anyway, we can't stay inside our apartment all day everyday so we have to find things to do.  Down the street from our complex is the Norrbotten Museum. Norrbotten is the county we live in. The northernmost county in Sweden. Inside the museum they have one room that the kids can play in.  It has old toys and a grocery store and an old family room etc. where the kids can play in.  Of course all the kids are in day care or school so we had the place to ourselves which is good. I guess. But its kind of getting old.
Owen LOVES playing in the snow.  He would do it all day if it weren't for his party pooper of a mom. He was begging me the whole time for me to take his gloves off.  I know I'm mean.
Its just so hard to keep up with him. He is ALWAYS running from me.
He loved playing with the cars, tractors, and trucks (of course). He's easy to please.
We were walking down the stairs to exit the museum and Owen always stands at the top of stairs and says, "hand" and holds his hand out for me to hold to help him down the stairs.  Well, I'm not sure what happened overnight but today he just started going down by himself.  I kept asking him, "Owen, do you want to hold my hand?" and he kept saying, "no" and shaking his head!
What?!?!
When did he turn into a little boy?  Is this real life?
