not all good things come to an end

But some do. Like the 2010 winter olympics. Man I seriously LOVED watching the Olympics whenever I could. Here are a few of my favorite things...

Apollo Anton Ohno. He's fabulous. He is amazing and so fun to watch! In Vancouver he wone his eighth career medal which pretty much makes him amazing. He won three in Vancouver and no gold I'm afraid to say. Two bronze and a silver.

I love watching womens figure skating. The US had two good and cute girls but this Kim Yu-Na of South Korea just killed everyone out of the water. She won by like 25 points or something. She was amazing! It was really fun to watch.

I seriously just loved the olympics this year. With bode miller, lindsey vonn, shaun white, shani davis, evan lvsacek, and more but i cant remember their names. It ended sadly when Cananda beat USA in hockey in overtime. It was a great game though, and I usually dont like watching hockey. USA ended up winning the medal count with 37 and Germany in second with 30.

But some good things dont come to an end. In Preach My Gospel in the very first part it says, "More happiness awaits you than you have ever experienced as you labor among His children." Its so true and I am still (even after a year) feeling the reality of that blessing. I found out today that a family that I taught and baptized are still active and the youngest boy just turned 12 in Feb and got the priesthood. Another family I taught and baptized, their youngest girl who just turned 8 in December just got baptized on Sunday. Honestly, its hard to explain how happy that makes me. But its amazing.

Some other good news.....
This is my new school. I applied for an internship in Alpine School District and just found out yesterday that I GOT IT! Starting in August I will be teaching fourth grade at legacy elementary school and couldnt be more excited!
Life is good.
